The Terms still contain template placeholders. The definitions read “(website) – is referred to as ‘we'”, and the operator’s address ends mid-sentence at “Union of”.
Clause 12.1 says all formal notices to the company go through “a Customer Support ticket in Discord”. Clause 12.3 says they must be sent from your registered email address. Both can’t be right.

Withdrawals and Verification
Limits. The minimum withdrawal is $10. The maximum is $10,000 a day and $300,000 a month.
If you withdraw without having wagered your deposit at least once, Betmode takes an 8% fee (minimum $5).
Clause 8.7 reads, in full: “Winnings higher than bankroll amount will be addressed and retroactive be paid”. It isn’t clear what that means for a big win.
When KYC applies. The Terms (7.9) say Betmode can ask for ID once your deposits reach $10,000. The AML Policy says due diligence happens “on first withdrawal regardless the amount”. Expect ID checks the first time you withdraw.
Betmode also checks your device fingerprint and IP address every time you log in, deposit or withdraw. If it links your account to another one, the account is suspended.
Other rules.

- Betting disputes must be raised within 3 days.

What We Think About Betmode as an Operator
The pitch is transparency: rewards shown on-chain, and the banner “Real rewards, no shady reqs”. The legal documents don’t live up to it.
There are two licence numbers for the same licence. The Terms still have unfilled “(website)” placeholders, and notices go through Discord. The welcome terms call the winnings both bonus funds and real money.
The on-chain rewards are verifiable. The Terms are the part that needs checking.

The 30x on winnings is fair. The counting cap is not. On a $20 deposit only $2 a round counts, so a single good hit becomes hundreds or thousands of small bets. The terms also never say how long you have to do them.
The “no shady reqs” banner sits on top of terms that contradict themselves on whether winnings are bonus or cash.
