The Terms don’t mention KYC at all. So Betplay can ask for ID whenever it chooses, and nothing written limits when or what.
Terms That Apply to Every Account
Withdrawals.
- The limit is $8,000 every 24 hours, plus whatever you deposited that same day. Higher VIP levels can raise it.
- Every deposit has to be wagered 1x before you can withdraw.
- Withdrawals go back to the same coin you deposited. Betplay doesn’t exchange currencies.
- There are no withdrawal fees beyond network fees.
- The minimum is small: 5 µBTC, 5 USDT or 0.03 XMR.
Inactive accounts. The Terms define an account as inactive after six months with no activity, then say only that Betplay “will deduct the account balance”. No percentage, no minimum left over.
You get an email 14 days before the deduction and have 10 days to appeal.
Account closures.
- Closing an account permanently forfeits whatever balance is left in it.
- Betplay can freeze the balance of anyone who insults staff or other players.
- Only one account is allowed per household, IP address or subnet. If you’re caught with more than one, your deposits aren’t refunded.
Two clauses you won’t find at most crypto casinos:
- A 14-day refund right. You can cancel a deposit and get it back within 14 days, as long as you haven’t used any of it on a bet or a tip.

What We Think of Betplay.io as a Gambling Operator
Payments are the strongest part. Betplay accepts Bitcoin over Lightning and Liquid as well as on-chain, and Lightning deposits start at 20 µBTC.
It also takes BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, SOL, XRP, DOGE, TRX, TON, SHIB, LTC and Monero. Monero is rare at crypto casinos. One catch: deposits under 0.05 TON or 1 TRX count as dust and never reach your balance.
The casino has more than 6,000 games from over 60 providers, including Pragmatic Play and Evolution. RTPs aren’t shown, and the lobby loads slowly.

What 60x Your Deposit Costs
Take a $100 first deposit. You have to wager $6,000, and you’d receive a $100 bonus at the end. What you’d expect to be left with depends on the slot’s RTP:

The current offer doesn’t state its maximum bet and doesn’t say which deposits the 60x applies to, so 40 is the most it can score.

Dropping from 80x to 60x makes the offer less bad, not good. You play the whole requirement with your own money, and the bonus only appears once you’ve finished.
Most players will lose their deposit long before that. For them, the “no strings attached” payout never arrives.
The structure does help one kind of player: the heavy slot grinder who would wager 60x their deposit this month regardless. For them the bonus is a rebate on play they’d do anyway. For everyone else it isn’t worth claiming.
Bottom Line
Skip the second deposit bonus completely. At 120x the bonus, it isn’t worth it.
