About Betride & Reputation
Betride launched in 2024 as 31Bets and rebranded in 2026. It’s operated by Pixelforge Solutions S.R.L. (Costa Rica, registration 3-102-911007, Los Yoses, San Pedro, San José). The licence is from the Government of Anjouan, number ALSI-202409046-FI2.
Payments go through Innovatoria LTD in Larnaca, Cyprus. Disputes go exclusively to the courts of Anjouan.
The documents contradict each other in several places:
- The AML policy says the money-laundering officer reports to the Financial Intelligence Unit of Curaçao through goAML, not to any Anjouan authority.
- The Privacy Policy says card payments are processed by Wirecard Bank AG, which collapsed in 2020.
- The currency list includes the Croatian kuna, which Croatia replaced with the euro in 2023.
Trustpilot: No Profile
Betride had no Trustpilot profile as of May 2026. There are no public reviews to weigh.
Withdrawals and Verification
Limits. The minimum withdrawal is €50. The maximum is €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, with larger amounts paid in monthly instalments.
The AML policy adds its own caps for card and bank payouts: any single withdrawal over €3,000 needs a director’s approval, and you can make at most three withdrawals, or €9,000, a day.
Unwagered deposits. Every deposit must be wagered once. If you try to withdraw money that hasn’t been, Betride can run “extended due diligence” and refund the deposit minus up to 20%.
The same 20% cut applies if a wallet or bank account is found to be used by more than one player. Sports bets at odds below 1.30 may not count as wagered.
Verification. KYC is required before your first withdrawal, and documents must arrive within 30 days of the request. Betride can also ask for a video check, a phone call, or a Skype or Zoom interview before closing an account.
Other rules.
- Crypto sent in error costs a 0.1 BTC fee to recover when it’s above €5,000.
- Inactive accounts pay €10 a month after 12 months.
- Using a VPN to get round a provider block can cost you your winnings.

What We Think of Betride as an Operator
Betride has a big product: a casino with 90+ providers, including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Nolimit City and Evolution; a sportsbook with racing, esports and a Bet Builder; and Mines, Aviator-style and other crash games.
The legal documents don’t match that. An Anjouan licence reporting to Curaçao’s FIU, a card processor that no longer exists, and a currency that ended in 2023 point to boilerplate nobody has updated since the site launched as 31Bets.
Treat the Terms as what Betride can enforce, not as an accurate description of how the business runs.

71.5x the bonus scores zero on rollover, and the 30-day window, the broad game list and the €1,000 cap are what hold it at 53.
The cancellation clause is the part to read twice. Most casinos take back the bonus when you cancel. Betride also deducts “all wagered amounts”, which on a combined balance means your own deposit can go with it.
