- Governing law: clause 1.4 puts disputes under the courts of the Netherlands Antilles. That country was dissolved in 2010, and it’s also on BetUS’s own list of barred countries.
- Data requests: clause 7.5 mentions requests from “the statutory authorities in Gibraltar”.

Players praise the crypto deposits, fast payouts and phone support. The complaints are mostly about how bonus terms are applied. BetUS replies to almost every negative review.
Terms That Apply to Every Account
Limits and fees. The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal are both $10. Deposits must be wagered once before you can withdraw. Your first three card deposits carry a processing fee, and payouts are held for 72 hours after any card deposit.
Verification. Before a withdrawal you need a signed government ID, plus copies of the front and back of every card you’ve deposited with.
Non-recreational betting. Clause 10.13 lets BetUS “increase rollover requirements” and restrict withdrawal options on accounts it considers non-recreational. Clause 2.7 lists “crypto-to-cash conversion” among the financial activity it doesn’t allow.
Your name. Accepting winnings gives BetUS the right to use your name in advertising (clause 13.3).
Self-exclusion. It’s done by phone and blocks your account for at least seven days.

What We Think About BetUS as an Operator
BetUS is built for recreational US bettors. It covers the major US leagues at around -110 (about 4.7% margin) on NBA sides. It doesn’t offer esports and has little in niche markets.
The casino shows RTP on every slot and includes BetUS Originals titles.
Support is the best part. 24/7 phone lines are rare among offshore books.
The Terms have loose ends. Clause 10.8, which covers free play rollovers and payout caps, still contains unfilled template brackets: “[10-25]x” and “[5x]”.

At -110, the margin comes in just under the bonus at every deposit size.
Betting at plus odds makes it cheaper, because the whole stake counts. Heavy favourites make it expensive: a $300 bet at -300 counts only $100.
The offer page doesn’t say whether the 18x applies to the bonus or to the deposit plus the bonus. We graded it as bonus-only. If it’s deposit plus bonus, the sports score drops to 73.

The sports half is one of the better US-facing crypto offers. 18x with no minimum odds is light. The lower-of-risk-or-win rule actually suits underdog and parlay bettors, because their whole stake counts.
The catch is the 7-day limit. $27,000 of qualifying action in a week is only realistic for bettors already putting $4,000 a day through a book.
The casino half is much worse. Playing through 30x twice with a $2,500 release cap turns $1,250 of bonus into a week of slot spins that rarely ends in a withdrawal.
