Terms That Apply to Every Account
Bitcasino treats inactive accounts in an unusual way:
- After 3 months without play: you get a notice.
- One month after the notice: if you still haven’t played, Bitcasino may take the balance out of your account “to protect your funds”. To get it back, you email safety@bitcasino.io.
- After 12 months: 5% of the balance is deducted every month.
There are also a few withdrawal rules to know:
- Changing your password blocks withdrawals for 48 hours.
- Bitcasino can run random “Account Health Checks” at any time, even without suspecting you of anything. During a check, deposits and withdrawals can be frozen.
- Very large wins may be paid out at 1 million USDT a week.
- Extra KYC can be required on withdrawals over €2,500, or on smaller ones if the licence demands it.
- You can’t move or convert funds between your currency wallets.
Complaints have to be filed within 6 months on Bitcasino’s own template. They must include your full name and address, and be written in English, Dutch or Papiamentu. If support can’t resolve a complaint, you can take it to a CGA-certified ADR (alternative dispute resolution) provider, whose decision is final.

- How to claim: turn the offer on in the Rewards section, then deposit straight away in a single transaction.

The switch from 40x to 30x adds points on rollover. Those gains are cancelled out by the lower contribution from live games and a restricted-games list that the offer page points to but doesn’t show.
