Terms That Apply to Every Account
Withdrawal limits. These depend on your VIP level. At Level 1, you can withdraw €500 per transaction, €500 a day and €7,000 a month.
You can have up to three withdrawals pending at once. Requests take up to 96 business hours, and the finance team only works Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 17:00 GMT.
Wagering your deposit. Every deposit has to be wagered at least once before you withdraw. If it isn’t, Boomerang can cancel your winnings and keep a fee of 10%, or 15% if you paid by card or bank transfer.
There’s also a minimum of €20 wagered in the calendar month you request a withdrawal.
Closing your account. Under clause 3.7, if you close your account while it still holds money, “all the funds on your account will be voided”. Withdraw everything before you ask to close it.
Inactive accounts. After 180 days without logging in, you’re charged €5 a month.
Verification. You have 30 days to send verification documents. Registration can ask for your social security number.

The Spins and the Bonus Cancel Each Other Out
The 200 spins arrive as 20 a day for 10 days. Each day’s batch has to be claimed within 24 hours or it’s lost.
