About Casinobit & Reputation
Casinobit launched in 2019. None of its documents say who runs it. The General Terms (dated 15 November 2023), the Bonus Terms (22 February 2021) and the Privacy Policy don’t name a company, a country or a licence. The Privacy Policy even refers to “our subsidiary companies” without naming the parent.
The Bonus Terms are more than five years old. They say the maximum bet in µBTC will be updated as the Bitcoin price moves, and they haven’t been updated since.

With only 11 reviews, the rating tells you little either way. Reviewers praise the bonuses and crypto support, and complain about withdrawals and slow support.
Casinobit replied to about two-thirds of the negative reviews, usually within a week.
Clause 11.2 of the Terms is worth knowing about. Casinobit can close your account for making “untrue or malicious statements about Casinobit” in the site’s live chat. Clause 11.3 bans you from copying or sharing chat transcripts with forums or anyone else.
Terms That Apply to Every Account
Idle balances. If you leave an account inactive for more than 3 months, any money left in it becomes subject to the 60x wagering Casinobit applies to its special bonuses. Most casinos charge a small monthly fee for inactivity. This locks up your own money until you wager it 60 times.
Withdrawing money you haven’t played. If you haven’t wagered your balance at least once, Casinobit can charge a 10% fee (minimum $30) or refuse the withdrawal. The wagering has to be on the same slot, or twice over on the same table, live or crash game. Clause 5.15 separately sets a 5% admin fee on deposits that weren’t wagered in full.
Other withdrawal rules.
- Limits: $25,000 a day, $50,000 a week and $150,000 a month.
- Minimum: $20.
- Processing: within 24 hours, Monday to Friday only.
- After a password change: no withdrawals for 48 hours.

Professional gamblers. Clause 6.3 bans professional gambling. If Casinobit decides you’re gambling “in a professional capacity”, it can close the account and keep your winnings.

The welcome bonus isn’t worth taking. At 76x the bonus, it would already be poor. Add the rule that your own bets don’t count, and you’re trying to turn over $8,400 from a $110 bonus balance while your whole account is locked.
The cashback is the better option. You get 10% of each lost deposit back, and it only needs 1x wagering. It stops paying if you’re winning overall, but it’s the offer at Casinobit that actually pays out money.
