Terms That Apply to Every Account
Withdrawal limits are low. Everyone is limited to €500 per transaction, €500 per 24 hours, €3,500 a week and €15,000 a month.
Wins above €15,000 can be paid in monthly instalments of €15,000, and winnings are capped at €100,000 a day. You can only have one pending withdrawal at a time.
Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 GMT+1, usually within 24 to 48 hours of passing KYC. The Risk Department can hold one for up to 14 business days.
Your deposit must be wagered 5 times before you can withdraw (clauses 5.6 and 6.5), with or without a bonus.
Verification. Your first withdrawal needs photos of both sides of your card, a bank statement, ID and proof of address.
Deposits or withdrawals over €2,000 need an ID photo taken next to a paperclip holding a six-digit code. Over €5,000, the account is frozen until you prove your source of wealth. Players from “medium risk” countries hit those checks at €1,000 and €2,500 instead.
