Withdrawals

The Terms say it plainly: “low gaming activity may result in adjusted, lower withdrawal limits.” Wins above the monthly limit are paid “in installments over an agreed-upon period”.
Verification. Documents may be needed for withdrawals over $500. The AML Policy’s list includes a selfie holding your ID, a photo of your payment instrument, and possibly a recorded video call.
If you refuse verification, the casino can refund your deposit and keep the winnings.
Other rules.
- Every deposit must be wagered once before you can withdraw.
