Gamegram’s rewards page advertises 30% slot cashback and 50% first-week rakeback side by side, as if new players get both. They don’t. Gamegram live support told us on 23 September 2026 that “only one first deposit bonus can be activated”, and when we asked whether a new player gets both or one, the answer was “Only one”.
So we grade them as two bonuses. The 30% cashback (up to $200, $50 minimum deposit) scores ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 75/100. The 50% rakeback (on your first $10,000 wagered over 7 days, $20 minimum) scores ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 71/100. Both pay cash with no wagering, which is why they grade well despite small ceilings.

Canada, India, Italy, Poland, Ukraine, Turkey and Kazakhstan are not on the list. The site comes in German, French and Spanish anyway, so a translated lobby is no sign your country is allowed. Gamegram is run by Gamegram Ltd., a Belize company (registration number 000044294) at 9 Barrack Road, Belize City. It holds Anjouan gaming licence ALSI-202412030-FI2. The Comoros is on Gamegram’s own restricted list. The site launched in 2023.
Complaints go to live chat or support@gamegram.com first, where Gamegram aims to answer within 72 hours. Next is a senior manager, if you email with “Escalation” in the subject line. The last step is the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.
Trustpilot Reputation: Not Enough Data (3.7/5)
When we checked in January 2026, Gamegram had a 3.7 rating on Trustpilot from a single review. One review tells you nothing either way.
Our own support experience tells you more. It took two agents and four rounds of questions to get the welcome terms. At one point the agent replied “I answered above” to questions nobody had answered. None of the terms below are published on Gamegram’s site, so the chat transcript is the only written record.

What We Think About Gamegram as a Gambling Operator
Gamegram is a crypto casino with an esports book attached. The esports side runs on Oddin and covers CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant, Overwatch, PUBG, Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, Starcraft, Fortnite, eFootball and eBasketball.
What sets it apart is PvP. Originals such as Dice, Limbo and Coinflip can be played against the house or against other players, and every Original is provably fair using server seed, client seed and nonce. Our January check counted 3,000+ games from 20+ providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution and BGaming.
The Terms are lighter than most offshore casinos’, with a few sharp edges:
- Verification: KYC becomes mandatory once your total withdrawals reach $10,000, though Gamegram can also ask at any time. It runs through Sumsub and can take up to 10 business days.
- Two different AML fees: the Terms (§5.5) say suspected non-entertainment use can cost 10% of a withdrawal and a forced 1x wagering of your deposit. The AML/KYC Policy (§9.2) puts that fee at up to 50%. Deposit and withdraw without playing much and you’re the target.
- Inactive accounts: after 12 months the account can be closed, and the Terms let Gamegram use the remaining balance to cover “administrative costs of closure”.
- Missing transactions: a missing deposit or withdrawal must be reported within 7 days, with the transaction hash.
- Erroneous credits: if Gamegram credits you by mistake and you’ve already withdrawn it, the amount becomes a debt you owe.
- One bonus per shared network: the one-bonus rule covers households, IP addresses and “shared environments” such as universities and workplaces. Two students on the same campus Wi-Fi can trip it.
- Self-exclusion ends by default: every exclusion starts with a mandatory 24-hour lock. After that you get a 24-hour window to extend it to a week, a month, six months or permanent. Miss that window and the exclusion ends on its own.
Gamegram’s cash-only rewards are good. Its habit of keeping the terms behind a chat window is not. Screenshot every answer support gives you.

Deposit between $20 and $49 and only the rakeback is open to you.
What Each Offer Actually Pays
Cashback. It pays 30% of what you lose from your first deposit:
- Deposit and lose the $50 minimum: you get $15 back.
- Deposit and lose $300: you get $90 back.
- The $200 cap needs $667 of losses, so it’s only reachable with a first deposit around $667 or more.
At $5 a spin, clearing a $667 deposit takes at least 134 spins even on a straight losing run.
Rakeback. Gamegram defines rakeback as a share of the house edge, not a share of your bets. On 96% RTP slots, $10,000 wagered carries $400 of edge, and 50% of that is $200 back. The rest of the edge is still yours to lose: expect to finish about $200 down on that $10,000, before variance.
On lower-edge games, the same $10,000 pays less:
- 97% RTP: $150 back
- 1%-edge Originals: $50 back
Which to pick. The choice follows your deposit size:
- Deposit of $100 or less: take the rakeback. Busting $100 at a 4% edge means about $2,500 of spins, which returns $50 in rakeback. The cashback on the same $100 returns $30.
- Deposit of $667 or more: the cashback wins. It pays $200 the next day, while the rakeback maxes out around $200 and makes you wait a week.
Gamegram Loyalty Program: What It Actually Pays
After the welcome offer, you move onto a 10-level loyalty ladder. It pays cashback from 3% at Rookie to 15% at Immortal (Level 10), and rakeback of up to 5%. Level-up bonuses start at $5 at Level 2 and top out at $17,800 at Level 10, claimed through live support. Level 10 needs 25,000,000 XP, which is $25 million wagered on slots.
The advertised cashback rates aren’t what you actually get. Each period’s cashback is multiplied down:
- Daily: ×0.15, so a Rookie’s 3% becomes 0.45% of the day’s net losses
- Weekly: ×0.35, which turns 3% into 1.05%
- Monthly: ×0.5, which turns 3% into 1.5%
Unclaimed cashback expires. Daily cashback must be claimed within 3 days, weekly by the end of the week, and monthly by the end of the month. PvP games are excluded from every cashback calculation.
XP per $1 wagered depends on the game:
- Slots and Originals: 1 point
- Table and live casino: 0.5 points
- Instant games: 0.1 points
- PvP: 0.05 points
- Esports: from 0.3 points at 1.10 odds up to 3 points at 3.00+
On XP per dollar, a single esports longshot at 3.00+ out-earns three times the same stake on slots.

You don’t need a code for either welcome offer. Both trigger automatically on your first deposit. The registration form has an optional promo code field, but no public code changes the welcome terms.

Neither offer comes with rollover, and that’s rare enough to earn both four stars. But the rewards page oversells them. It presents cashback and rakeback as one welcome package, and it’s actually a choice. The rakeback sounds huge until you do the maths: 50% of the house edge on $10,000 of slots is about $200, not thousands.
The cashback is the better offer for anyone depositing big. It pays next day, and the $200 cap is real money. The rakeback is the better offer for a $20 to $100 deposit, where 30% of a small loss is barely worth having.

Before depositing, ask live chat which of the two offers your deposit will trigger, and screenshot the answer. Keep spins at $5 or under. Don’t count on the loyalty cashback afterwards: a Rookie earns 0.45% a day after the multiplier.
