About Immerion & Who Runs It
Immerion currently runs on immerion22.com. The number in the domain suggests it has moved through earlier mirror addresses.
We couldn’t find out who runs it. The Terms, in force since 1 June 2025, describe the operator only as “immerion22.com is duly authorised casino operator”. They mention a “master holder of the license” but never name it. They also send disputes to “the licensing regulator listed on the Website”, and no regulator is listed on any page we checked.
One section of the Bonus Policy was clearly copied from another casino. The VIP Offer clause says it applies to players who register “with iWild Casino”.
Withdrawals: $500 per Request, $1,000 per Day

If you miss that closure interview without a valid reason, Immerion treats it as refusing verification.
Dormant Accounts
An account counts as dormant after six months without a login. The monthly fee is “5% of the balance or a maximum of 100 USD flat, whichever is greater”. That wording doesn’t make sense: a fee that is both a “maximum” and “whichever is greater” can’t be worked out. As written, a $50 balance could face a $100 charge.
After 48 months of inactivity, the whole balance is confiscated.

How the IMR Balance Can Wipe Out Your Bonus
Your real money is used first. If you withdraw any real money while you have IMR, the IMR balance is set to zero and your unused free spins are cancelled (clause 2.10).
The policy’s own example: you have $50 and 100 IMR, and you withdraw the $50. The 100 IMR is gone.
