Jack runs on jack10.com. The operator is Data Link Digital B.V. (Curaçao company 164124, Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N), licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/1562/1139.
The licence dates are unusual. The number carries a 2024 prefix, but the footer says it was issued on 15 May 2026. That’s more than two years after the sports promo’s eligibility date of 4 January 2024. Card payments go through a Cypriot payment agent, DATALINK TECH LIMITED (HE 494415, Limassol).
Trustpilot: A Tiny New Profile and a Flagged Old One
At our last check, the new Jack.com profile had two reviews and a 2.9 TrustScore, with both visible ratings at one star.
The old Jackbit profile has no rating at all. Trustpilot pulled it after a guideline breach and says it removed a number of fake reviews. That doesn’t prove every complaint is fair, but it does mean the rebrand isn’t a fresh start. I’d treat Jack as a place to test with a small deposit and withdraw early.
Payments and Verification
Jack takes nine fiat currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, ARS, TRY, JPY, INR, AUD and CAD) and 18 cryptocurrencies, including Monero, which few crypto casinos accept.

The fine print is looser than the design suggests:

- It loses about 79% of the time.

“Wager-free” is the right idea, but Jack doesn’t say what the spins are worth. A hundred spins at an unknown stake, capped at $100 in winnings, for a $50 deposit is impossible to value in advance. The small print adds to the problem: the version of this offer you get through an affiliate link can come with different terms.
The sports refund is the better deal, which surprised me. It’s worth about $14 in expected profit on a $50 acca, and the free bet winnings are paid as cash. But it only counts on your very first sports ticket at Jack. That one rule catches out more players than the 4-leg requirement does.
