Clause 13 of the Terms sets deadlines. Responsible gaming complaints, such as self-exclusion, are acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 5 (extendable to 2 weeks). Other complaints are acknowledged within 7 days and resolved within 4 weeks (8 in exceptional cases).

Withdrawals and Verification
Limits. Everyone is capped at €500 per transaction, €500 per 24 hours, €3,500 a week and €15,000 a month. Wins above €15,000 can be paid in monthly instalments. You can have only one pending withdrawal at a time, and the minimum is €20.
Processing. Withdrawals are handled Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 GMT+1, within 24 to 48 hours of passing verification. The Risk Department can delay one for up to 14 business days.
Your deposit must be wagered 5 times before you can withdraw it, bonus or no bonus.
Verification. Your first withdrawal needs photos of both sides of your card, a bank statement, ID and proof of address. Above €2,000 you add an ID photo next to a paperclip holding a six-digit code. Above €5,000 the account is frozen until you prove your source of wealth.
One-time codes. The Risk Department can send a code by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email before a withdrawal, and also before you change your personal details. Miss the agreed time and JettBet can cancel your winnings and close the account “without the right to recovery”.
Inactive accounts. After 12 months without use, the account can be deleted and its balance confiscated (clause 2.4.15).

What We Think About JettBet as an Operator
JettBet names its operator, has a real licence number, and publishes complaint deadlines with a free outside dispute service. That puts it ahead of CasinoJoy, which uses the same terms but names no company at all.
The restrictive parts are the same on both sites: €500 a day, 5x the deposit before any withdrawal, one-time-code checks, and inactive accounts deleted with the balance kept. A licence doesn’t change any of those.
Better on paperwork than most sites we review, but just as hard to withdraw from.
