Megapari has been running since 2019. It offers sports betting, esports, a casino, live dealers and its own MegaGames section. Its Terms name the licence holder as Vdsoft & Script Development SRL, and its fairness page says the products are licensed from Anjouan gaming. No licence number is given.

The licence holder matters for one reason: a block on your Megapari account blocks you from every site run under the same Vdsoft & Script Development licence.

Trustpilot: Rating Unavailable After Fake Reviews Removed

As of September 2026, Megapari’s Trustpilot profile carries a breach-of-guidelines warning. Trustpilot says it removed fake reviews and has made the rating unavailable, so there is no TrustScore to quote. The profile lists 4,699 reviews, 600 of them in the last 12 months. The split is 54% five-star and 31% one-star, but a split taken after a fake-review purge tells you little.

The complaints are about getting money out, not about slow support. John Njenga says an M-Pesa withdrawal option was switched off while deposits still worked, leaving KSh 20,000 stuck. Enes Keskin says his withdrawal stayed blocked after he sent new verification photos.

One crypto dispute is worth knowing about. Reviewer meratad bertaff says a $503 USDT withdrawal requested on ERC-20 went out on BEP-20 instead. Megapari replied that withdrawals follow the network the player selects, and denied that support admitted changing it. Before you withdraw, check that your wallet supports the exact network shown on the request.

There are good reports too. Amasiatu Leonard describes fast deposits and withdrawals. Aneta P. says card withdrawals were quick but the site was slow.

What We Think About Megapari as a Gambling Operator

The sportsbook is the reason to be here. It covers more than 50 sports and 16 esports, from the NHL to marble racing. Our earlier review recorded margins of about 3.6% on NBA sides and 5.5% on live tennis. The Terms cap any single bet’s return at €50,000 and say winnings are paid within 30 calendar days of the result being published.

Getting paid involves more conditions than the promotions page shows:

• Deposit turnover: you must bet your total deposits at odds of 1.10 or higher before withdrawing. Covering both sides of a roulette or dice bet doesn’t count.
• Payment method: withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, split in proportion if you used several. Security can refuse a withdrawal if you deposited through an e-payment system.
• Daily limit: the Terms state 10,000 a day with no currency named, and Megapari can change it without telling you.
• Verification delays: some payment systems allow verification to run for up to 180 days, and your account can be blocked while it does.

Casino wins over €10,000 are treated as Big Wins and must be approved by Megapari’s partners before they reach your balance. Casino complaints about bets more than 10 days old are rejected outright.

The KYC and AML rules go further than most offshore books:

• Documents: photo ID, a utility bill under three months old, a selfie holding your ID, and proof of funds.
• Beyond documents: Megapari can demand notarised copies, posted originals or a video call. It has 72 hours to review documents and 5 working days after a video call to give you the result.
• Refusing: if you refuse verification, your bets can be voided and your balance frozen.
• Self-exclusion: available for a week, a month, 6 months or a year, but only once your account is fully verified and you have sent a photo of your ID. A player trying to stop can’t do so until they finish KYC.

A few clauses are simply odd:

• Addiction declaration: by registering, you confirm you don’t have a gambling addiction.

• Restricted residents: if Megapari finds you live in a restricted country, it closes the account and refunds the balance after deducting any winnings credited since your last deposit.

How Do Megapari’s Casino and Sports Bonuses Work?

Casino Welcome Package

Sports Welcome Package

• 100% on each of your first two deposits, up to €200 in total
• Wagering: 5x the bonus in accumulators of 3 or more selections, at least 3 of them at odds of 1.40 or higher
• Deadline: 30 days from registration, not from the deposit. Both stages share it, and every event must start within that window.
• The second-deposit bonus is tied to the 24 hours after you finish wagering the first
• Minimum deposit: 10 CAD in the Canadian terms, about €6. The EUR figure isn’t in the terms we have.
• Megapari can ask for a photo of you holding your ID or a phone verification at any time. If you can’t provide it, you lose the bonus and any winnings.

The sports terms let you withdraw some of your deposited money before wagering is finished. You can take out anything up to your total deposits, provided the balance left behind is at least twice the bonus amount. You can’t withdraw at all while the balance is below the bonus amount and you have unsettled bets. If you drop the bonus, you forfeit the bonus and everything it won.

The Clauses That Decide What You Keep

The bonus balance releases no more than the original bonus. Megapari holds the bonus in a separate balance. When wagering is done, whatever is left moves to your main balance, capped at the original bonus amount. Grow a €100 bonus balance to €600 and €100 comes across. Read literally, that is a win cap of 1x the bonus. If what’s left is below the minimum stake, the bonus is simply lost.

Switching tracks costs you every later offer. Pick casino, then switch to sports, decline a bonus, or receive a bonus of the other type, and you lose access to all later deposit offers. That includes the rest of the welcome package and the 10th-deposit bonus.

Abuse is defined by a ratio. Megapari counts it as abuse if 70% of your funds are bonus money across 5 to 9 deposits, or 50% across 10 or more. It doesn’t say whether that’s measured per deposit or cumulatively. A two-deposit 100% match plus a 50% tenth-deposit bonus gets you close to that line without doing anything unusual.

The remaining bonus rules:

• One of everything: one bonus per person, device, IP address and browser. Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonus-abuse examples: delaying free-spin rounds until wagering is over, and building up in-game value in a bonus feature with bonus money before switching to cash.
• A missing clause: the Terms refer twice to a “paragraph 27.1” that doesn’t exist in the document.

What 35x in 7 Days Means at €5 a Spin

A €100 bonus needs €3,500 of wagering. At the €5 maximum that is 700 spins, or 100 a day for a week. Take the full €500 first-deposit bonus and it is €17,500, which is 3,500 max-bet spins in 7 days, or 500 a day. The €1,000 second stage doubles that again to €35,000.

Every spin also has to land on a slot that isn’t on the stop list, and whatever survives is capped at the bonus amount. At a typical 96% slot RTP, 35x wagering costs about 140% of the bonus in expected losses. The €1,500 package looks generous only until you do that sum.

Which Games Count Toward Megapari’s Bonus Wagering?

The General Terms rule out whole categories: table games, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, keno, scratch cards, bingo, poker and “Others”. On top of that sits a named stop list of more than 1,000 titles, marked “Last updated: June 2022”. Some of the best-known slots are on it, including:

Any game running a tournament while you wager is also excluded. The list can change, and the Terms tell you to contact support for the current version.

The promo page says eligible MegaGames bets count double, except blackjack. It then excludes Crash, Lucky Wheel, PF Dice, PF Roulette, Minesweeper and about 25 other titles. Those two rules pull against each other: the General Terms say “Others” don’t count at all, while the promo page counts most MegaGames twice. Ask support which games count before relying on the double count.

The 10th-Deposit Bonus: 35x in 48 Hours

Your 10th deposit, from €10, earns 50% up to €300. It carries the same 35x and €5 maximum bet as the welcome package, but only 48 hours to clear. At the cap that is €10,500 of wagering, or 2,100 max-bet spins in two days.

Do You Need a Megapari Bonus Code?
