Terms That Apply to Every Account
Withdrawals. You must wager every deposit three times before you can withdraw it (clause 9.6). Withdrawals are capped at €10,000 a week and €40,000 a month. The minimum fiat withdrawal is €20.
Verification. Clause 19.1 allows up to 30 working days to review your KYC documents. If Mirax can’t reach you by phone or email within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal is cancelled and your account is locked.
Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script. If yours aren’t, you’ll be asked to do a video verification.
