The Terms bar the US and its dependencies, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Georgia, Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, Saba and St Maarten, and all FATF-blacklisted countries.
Russia and Belarus aren’t on that list, but a separate clause covers them. Their accounts are “closed immediately upon their detection and the current balance will be kept by the Company”.

About MyStake & Reputation
MyStake launched in 2019. It’s operated by GTW B.V. (Curaçao company 165433) under a single Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, OGL/2024/250/0115. Payments go through CYGTW LTD (HE 462903), a payment agent based in Limassol, Cyprus.
No current document mentions an Anjouan licence. Disputes go to the courts of Curaçao, and complaints must be filed within two months.
Some of MyStake’s legal pages look neglected. The Privacy Policy still refers to the “Curaçao Gaming Control Board”, the regulator’s old name. It also says most card payments are processed by Wirecard Bank AG, which went insolvent in 2020.
The Terms are almost word for word the same as those at Jack (jack10.com). Both use the same 1.30 minimum-odds clause, the same €10 dormancy fee and the same structure with a Cypriot payment agent.

MyStake held 4.3/5 from more than 21,000 reviews at our last check. The praise is mostly for game variety and promotions. The complaints are about slow KYC, unresponsive support and unclear bonus rules, and some negative reviews question whether the positive ones are genuine.
Withdrawals, Fees and Verification
Withdrawals are capped at €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, both on a rolling basis. Anything above €15,000 is paid in monthly instalments. The maximum win on a single bet or spin is €100,000.
Bank and crypto withdrawals take up to three banking days. USD payouts can’t be sent by bank transfer.
Several fees can come out of your balance:
- Deposit not wagered: 20% of the withdrawal, if you haven’t wagered your deposit at least once.
- Politically exposed persons: if MyStake terminates the account, 20% of the deposit it returns.
- Suspected fraud: 20% of the deposit MyStake refunds.
- Other terms breaches: an “account termination fee” of up to 50% of the remaining deposit.
- Shared wallet: if two players use the same wallet, a 20% settlement fee applies. If you don’t supply a replacement account within 7 days, the deposit is seized.
Verification can be requested at any time. Documents must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, and MyStake may ask for a video call. The Refund Policy gives you 30 days to supply certified ID once asked. Miss that and “all the user funds will be canceled”, with no appeal.
MyStake can also treat an account as fraudulent if another person appears in a verification photo, or if it believes someone is coaching you during a video call.

What We Think of MyStake as a Gambling Operator
MyStake is a big, fast site: 7,000+ games from 80+ providers, RTPs shown in the lobby, and quick load times on mobile. The design is cluttered, with flashy menus and colours that don’t match.
The sportsbook covers 37 sports and more than 3,000 events, with live margins around 4% to 5%. Sharp bettors should expect stake limits once they show a steady profit.
It takes 14 currencies, including BRL, Monero and DASH, and 2FA is available.
The Terms undo a lot of that. Between the fee clauses, the 30-day ID deadline with no appeal, and a Privacy Policy that still names a payment processor that collapsed six years ago, the paperwork doesn’t match the product.
MyStake is a good place to play and a poor place to hold a balance. Withdraw often, and don’t let winnings build toward the €15,000 monthly cap.

- What doesn’t count: baseball, tennis, handicap and Draw No Bet markets. MyStake can void those bets and take the winnings. Outright markets such as racing aren’t accepted at all.
Rules That Apply to Both
Bonus money and real money sit in one balance, not two. There’s no separate cash balance you can withdraw while the bonus is running.
Cancelling is expensive. You have to do it through live chat, and MyStake then deducts “the total bonus amount, any winnings, and the total bets placed” since you activated it. In practice that can wipe out your whole balance.
If your balance falls below 1, the bonus cancels automatically, unless you have a sports bet still open.
Only the first deposit qualifies for both offers, and they can’t be combined, so you have to pick one on that deposit. The casino terms, though, let the second and third deposit bonuses stand on their own. So you can take the sports bonus on your first deposit and then the casino bonuses on your second and third. Confirm this in live chat before depositing.
What the Rollover Costs
Casino, $100 first deposit. The bonus is $150. Wagering is 30 × $250, or $7,500 on slots.
- On a 96% RTP slot, you’d expect to lose $300, leaving you $150 worse off than without the bonus.
- On a 98% RTP slot, you’d expect to lose $150, which is exactly the bonus. That’s break-even.
MyStake shows RTPs in the lobby, which is the only thing that makes this workable. Filter for 98%+ slots before you start.
Sports, $100 first deposit. The bonus is $120. Wagering is 10 × $220, or $2,200 on 3-leg accumulators.
Assume a 5% margin on each leg. Over three legs that compounds to about 14.3%, so $2,200 of accas costs about $314 in expected losses. Against a $120 bonus, that’s $194 down.
To break even, the combined margin across the slip would have to be under 5.5%. That only happens on the sharpest football markets, and those are exactly where MyStake limits winning accounts.

How the totals add up:

The grades and the expected-value maths point in opposite directions here, and I’d go with the maths.
The sports bonus scores 71 because 18.3x sits well inside our top rollover band. But $2,200 of 3-leg accas at normal bookmaker margins costs more than twice the $120 bonus.
The casino bonus fails our rollover test outright. Yet on a 98% slot, which MyStake’s RTP filter makes easy to find, it roughly breaks even. That’s rare for a 50x bonus. If you take one of the two, make it the casino offer, and only on 98%+ slots.
The Terms worry me more than either bonus:
- a 20% cut if you withdraw before wagering your deposit once
