About Sportsbet.io & Reputation
Sportsbet.io launched in 2016 and is run by mBet Solutions N.V. (company number 129230, Schout Bij Nacht Doormanweg 40, Curaçao). It holds Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2023/110/0072, issued on 22 July 2024. Some payments go through mProcessing Solutions Ltd in Nicosia, Cyprus. Its sister sites are Bitcasino.io and Livecasino.io, and it’s the official crypto betting partner of Aston Villa.
Some of its documents haven’t caught up with the licence. The AML Policy still names the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as supervisor and cites the old National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard. Both were replaced by the Curaçao Gaming Authority regime the General Terms refer to.

At our last check Sportsbet.io had 2.1/5 from more than 300 reviews. The recurring complaints are marketing emails, KYC holds and disputed payouts. The positive reviews mostly praise fast crypto withdrawals.
Escalating a complaint is harder than it looks. It has to go to complaints@sportsbet.io on Sportsbet’s own template, in English, Dutch or Papiamentu, within six months. What We Think About Sportsbet.io as a Gambling Operator
The sportsbook is the product. Our earlier review measured pre-match margins of about 5% to 6% on NBA and football, and 7% to 8% on CS2 and Dota 2. The casino carries 5,800+ games and shows each slot’s RTP in the lobby. The cashier takes BTC, USDT, ETH, TRX, LTC, XRP, ADA, DOGE, BNB, Polygon, USDC, SHIB and SOL.
The General Terms are where a routine account can go wrong:
- Idle balances. Leave a positive balance untouched for 3 months and you get a notice. If you don’t use it within one more month, Sportsbet “may remove the balance from your account to protect your funds”, and you have to email safety@sportsbet.io to get it back. After 12 months inactive, a 5% monthly admin charge applies on top.
- Small deposits. A deposit below the minimum is void, and it isn’t credited or sent back. Send 9 USDT where 10 is the minimum and you lose it.
- Withdrawal holds. Changing your password freezes withdrawals for 48 hours. “Random Account Health Checks” can also freeze deposits and withdrawals with no trigger at all.
- Verification. Extra KYC can apply to any withdrawal over €2,500.
- Payout limits. Very large wins can be paid at 1 million USDT a week. Each sport also has a maximum payout per 24 hours, shared across everyone who backed the same selections.
One clause stands out. Section 20.1(viii) lets Sportsbet void accounts that bet on “insight or professional knowledge about a sport gained via personal involvement”. An amateur football coach betting on his own league is exactly who that catches.
Sportsbet.io has a deep book on a current Curaçao licence, but its Terms work hard against idle accounts. Don’t leave money sitting there.

Rules for Both Offers
- Activate first, then deposit: enable the reward in the Rewards tab, then make one deposit of at least 10 USDT “instantly after that”. Smaller deposits don’t add up.

At the 5% to 6% margins we measured on NBA and football, that turnover costs 125 to 150 USDT in expected losses to earn the 100 USDT bonus. It only breaks even on markets priced at 4% margin or tighter. Accumulators make it worse, because the margin compounds on each leg.

We read the 25x and 40x as multiples of the bonus alone, which is what the offer terms say. If Sportsbet ever confirms the wagering covers deposit plus bonus, both become automatic rollover fails: 50x and 80x of the bonus. That would put the sports bonus at 49 and the casino bonus at 40.

The sports bonus is 25x, on a 7-day clock, with esports shut out. For a book that gets a lot of its traffic from CS2 and Dota 2 bettors, that last point matters most. The sports bonus still reaches four stars, but only just: 69.6 rounds up to 70. The low 1.50 odds floor and the 10 USDT entry are what carry it.
The casino bonus is a standard 40x grind with a long exclusion list. It won’t let you clear wagering on Red Tiger, PG Soft or Blood Suckers, the games a bonus hunter would pick.
