TrustDice launched in 2018. It’s run by Satoshi Gaming Group N.V. (Curaçao Chamber of Commerce 151832) under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/664/0280, issued on 16 July 2024.
Payments go through Tahiti Technology Limited (HE 460877) in Limassol, Cyprus.
The paperwork hasn’t kept up:
- Old licence: the Affiliate Terms still name the old licence, 8048/JAZ.
- Old date: the Terms are signed off “Last modified: November 27, 2019” but refer to an archive running “from December 24, 2024”.
- Consent: the Terms say passive acceptance “is not permitted”. The Privacy Policy says continued use counts as consent.

Too few reviews to mean much. The negative ones are about bonus conditions, slow support and KYC.
Withdrawals and Account Rules
- 5x your deposit before any withdrawal (5.10), bonus or not. That’s steep for a site with a $10 minimum.
- Speed: withdrawals aim for one hour, up to 48 hours.
- Limits: 1,000,000 USDT a month. A single bet’s total win is capped at €180,000, 7 BTC or 200,000 USDT.
- KYC: required above 1 BTC or €2,000, “or for any withdrawal requested by a player regardless of the amount”.
- Betting strategies: TrustDice can confiscate funds for betting on “insight or professional knowledge”, “late bets”, odds arbitrage across platforms, or syndicate play.
- Chat: saying anything about TrustDice in chat that it deems “untrue and/or malicious” can close your account (11.2).
- Self-exclusion: you have to withdraw your balance before requesting it (17.6). Once it’s active, the account is locked.
- Dormant accounts: after 12 months, balances go to a “dormant funds account”.
- Liability: TrustDice’s maximum liability to you is €100.
What We Think About TrustDice as an Operator

Take the Bonus in Bitcoin
The caps are fixed separately for each currency, and bitcoin’s are far looser:
- Bonus cap: 1 BTC was worth about €74,000 on 25 September 2026, against a 30,000 USDT cap in USDT.
- Bet cap: 0.00007 BTC is about €5.20, against 2 USDT.
A bitcoin depositor clears the same wagering 2.6x faster and can claim more than double the bonus. The caps move with the BTC price, in both directions.
Excluded Games
Every Softswiss slot is excluded, plus about 200 named titles. Among them: Jammin’ Jars 2, Viking Runecraft, Rage to Riches, Book of 99, Lucky Lady’s Clover, Wild Swarm, Plinko, Rocket Dice and Limbo.
Clause 13 says wagering counts only on “the corresponding game determined by bonus” and never names that game for the deposit bonus.
Free Spins
- Win cap: 20 USDT (or 0.001 BTC).
- Wagering: the multiple isn’t published, and neither is the slot the spins are for.
- How bets count: clause 16 weights free-spin wagering by the game’s RTP, counting (100% − RTP) ÷ 4%. A 96% slot counts in full. A 99% slot counts a quarter.
Two Rules on Your Deposit
They contradict each other:
- Bonus Terms, clause 4: you can withdraw your deposit before finishing the wagering, losing the bonus.
- T&C 10.2: “no withdrawal of your original deposit will be accepted” until the wagering is done.

What the Bet Cap Does to the Bonus
On a $100 deposit you get a $200 bonus and $8,000 to wager. At just under $2 a spin, that’s over 4,000 spins in seven days, or about 570 a day. Doable, just tedious.
At the top end the numbers fall apart. A $30,000 bonus needs $1.2 million of spins, which at $2 a spin is roughly 86,000 spins a day.
Spinning nonstop at one spin every 3 seconds for seven days gives 201,600 spins, or about $403,000 wagered. That clears roughly $10,000 of bonus at most. Anything above that is out of reach in USDT.
The expected value isn’t good either. At 96% RTP, $8,000 of spins costs about $320, more than the $300 you start with. The deposit bonus has no win cap, though, so the runs that survive keep everything.

The terms themselves aren’t bad. 40x the bonus is middling, and the deposit bonus has no win cap.
What caps the value is the 2 USDT bet limit combined with seven days. It sets a speed limit on how much bonus anyone can physically clear. Past about $10,000, the headline number is just decoration.
Deposit in bitcoin and that ceiling rises about 2.6 times. It’s the only real edge in this offer, and TrustDice doesn’t mention it anywhere.
Bottom Line
Make your first deposit in BTC and keep it under $1,000. Rakeback at Crab level and up is worth more over a month than anything the welcome pack offers.
