Metaspins has changed owner and regulator since our last review, and the new Terms (updated 29 July 2026) are tougher on bonus play than the welcome page suggests. Here’s how its two welcome offers score:
- Casino: 100% up to 1 BTC. 40x the bonus within 7 days, and no cap on winnings. It scores ⭐⭐⭐ 55/100.
- Sports: a Risk Free Bet matching your first deposit up to $25. Odds must be between 1.75 and 10.0. It scores ⭐⭐⭐ 55/100, or 72 if a losing bet is refunded as cash.
The casino score dropped for two reasons. The welcome page says game shows count 50% toward wagering, but the Terms say 0%. The Terms also exclude any slot with a collect mechanic or scheduled bonus round, and can void winnings from those slots.

About Metaspins & Reputation
Metaspins has changed hands. It’s now owned by 3-102-959384 SRL, a Costa Rican company with no trading name, only its registration number. It’s licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under licence ALSI-202606048-FI2, and Costa Rican law and courts govern any dispute.
Complaints have to be filed within six months of the incident. Metaspins aims to acknowledge them within a week and resolve them within four weeks, with a possible extra four weeks. The Complaints Policy mentions escalating to “an independent ADR provider” but never names one. The Bonus Terms also say Metaspins’ decision in a bonus dispute is “final and binding”.
Trustpilot Reputation: Poor (2.1/5 from 138 reviews)
In our June 2026 snapshot, Metaspins scored 2.1 from 138 reviews, 34 of them from the previous 12 months. 62% were 1-star and 26% were 5-star. Metaspins replied to 69% of negative reviews, usually more than a month later.
The good reviews mention fast deposits, withdrawals paid within 24 hours and helpful VIP hosts. One returning player said Metaspins “come thru always”.
The bad reviews centre on pending or rejected withdrawals and accounts closed as “linked”. One player said two family accounts were closed after support had approved separate KYC for each.
Clause 8.1 of the Terms explains how that happens. Only one account is allowed per person, household, IP address and device. If people share a household, IP or device, they have to tell Metaspins, or duplicate accounts can be closed and their winnings reclaimed. Passing KYC separately doesn’t protect you from this rule.

What We Think of Metaspins as a Gambling Operator
The site itself is excellent. The dark sci-fi design loads quickly, and the casino, sportsbook, VIP Club, Level Up and tournaments all work as one product.
Dailyspins uses the same bonus template. The welcome terms, the $5 maximum bet and the sports promo wording are almost word for word the same on both sites, although each is run by a different Costa Rican company under a different licence.
Casino Providers and Live Games
We counted 80 providers in the grid. The main names are Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Ezugi, Hacksaw, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, Novomatic, Microgaming, Relax, Quickspin, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, Playtech, Spribe, Thunderkick, Habanero, BGaming, Betsoft and Big Time Gaming.
If you’re playing with a bonus, most of that library won’t help you. Only slots count toward wagering, and some of the slots Metaspins features in its own footer, such as Big Bass Bonanza and Money Train 2, have collect-style features. Clause 14.7.2 of the Terms excludes games like that from bonus play.
VIP Club and Level Up Rakeback
The VIP Club has ten tiers, from Copper to Black, and you earn one point per $1 of real-money stakes. Perks include rakeback, weekly and monthly cashback with no wagering, a dedicated host, and a VIP Telegram channel.
Level Up counts every casino bet of $0.20 or more:
- Level 2 needs 200 spins, Level 3 needs 300, and so on.
- Rakeback starts at 3%. The “up to 120%” in the ads counts winnings from the coin flip (below).
- You can flip a coin up to three times to multiply your reward by up to 8x. Lose any flip and the whole reward is gone.
Rakeback, lootbox winnings and anything else you deposit or are credited with must be wagered 1x before you can withdraw.
Daily Lootboxes, Drops, and Tournaments
The Daily Lootbox shows its odds. The $50 top prize has a 0.001% chance, and three free spins have a 5% chance. Daily Drop is a separate ticket draw with a $250 prize pool.
There’s also a weekly $15,000 leaderboard. We’ve previously seen tournaments with prize pools from $500 to $20,000. Some rank by biggest multiplier and others by most wagered. The most-wagered ones reward whoever spends the most, not whoever plays best.
Metaspins Sportsbook
The sportsbook covers 36 sports and esports, from bandy and floorball to Valorant and Warcraft III.
MLB games have real player props: total bases, home runs, runs scored and pitcher earned runs. The full-game MLB margin we tested was 6.45%. That’s playable, but not sharp.
Payments and Crypto On-Ramp
The footer lists 11 coins. The deposit clause in the Terms only names BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, BCH, USDT and whitelisted NFTs.
You have to withdraw in the same coin and by the same method you deposited with. Metaspins may also split a large payout into monthly instalments if the payment method has a limit.
You can buy crypto with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. That’s only a way to buy coins. Your balance is still in crypto.
The site is excellent. The Terms are loose where Metaspins holds the power, over linked accounts, voided winnings and final decisions, and strict where the player does.
Metaspins Bonus Terms (Summarized)
Casino Welcome Bonus
- Offer: 100% of your first deposit, up to 1 BTC, 10 ETH, 10,000 USDT or 150 LTC.
- How to claim: opt in before you deposit. You can claim it for up to 60 days after signing up.
- Minimum deposit: not published. The Terms only say “no minimum deposit other than that displayed on the website”.
- Wagering: 40x the bonus, within 7 days. It starts from your first spin with the deposit, and your own money is played before the bonus.
- Max bet: $5 per spin, or 5 USDT. Going over can lose you your winnings.
- Game contributions: slots count 100%. The welcome page says game shows count 50%, but clause 14.13 of the Terms says 0%, and also lists sports, live casino, table games, video poker, crash games, keno, Plinko, Hilo, Dice, Mines, Limbo, Metaspins Originals and Spribe games at 0%.
- Excluded slots: clause 14.7.2 excludes slots with collectible systems, pre-determined or scheduled bonus rounds, or “high level of occurrence features”. Bets on them don’t count, and winnings can be voided.
- Cancelling: you can withdraw real money only by giving up the bonus. If your wagering progress is already higher than your deposit, giving it up also costs you the deposit.
- One deposit, one bonus: the deposit that triggers the welcome bonus can’t also count toward weekly cashback. That needs a separate deposit.
- Table game rules: you can’t cover more than 70% of a roulette table, and you can’t bet both sides of a baccarat hand.
Sports Risk Free Bet
- Offer: a Risk Free Bet equal to your first deposit, from $10 up to $25.
- How to claim: activate it on the Sports Promotions page, then tap the gift-box icon on your bet slip.
- Odds: between 1.75 and 10.0.
- Time limits: claim it within 14 days of registering, then use it within 7 days of activating it.
- Bets that don’t qualify: any bet you cash out (manually or automatically), void bets and pushes.
- If your bet loses: the stake is “credited back”. The promo doesn’t say whether that’s cash or bonus money.
That last point matters. Under the Terms, bonuses carry at least 40x wagering unless a promo says otherwise, and sports bets count 0% toward bonus wagering. So if the refund is bonus money, you’d have to clear it on slots.
What the Maths Says
Casino bonus. A $100 deposit gets a $100 bonus, which needs $4,000 of slot wagering within 7 days. On 96% RTP slots, you’d expect to lose about $160 doing that, more than the bonus is worth. You only break even on slots paying 97.5% or more, and they also need to avoid the collect-feature exclusion.
The 1 BTC ceiling is out of reach in practice. Clearing a $1,000 bonus alone takes 8,000 spins at the $5 maximum within 7 days, which is more than 1,100 spins a day. A 0.5 BTC bonus needs 20 BTC of wagering under the same $5 cap, so the $5 limit, not the 1 BTC headline, decides how much bonus you can actually use.
Risk Free Bet. These figures assume the refund comes back as cash:
- At odds of 2.0, a $25 Risk Free Bet is worth about $12.
- At the 10.0 maximum, it’s worth about $21. The bet loses around 90% of the time, and each time it does, you get your stake back.
- If the refund comes back as bonus money with 40x on slots, the expected cost of clearing it (about $40) is more than the $25 you’d get back.
Metaspins Promo Codes & No Deposit Bonus
You don’t need a code for either welcome offer. For the casino bonus, you opt in. For the sports bet, you activate it on the Sports Promotions page.
Metaspins doesn’t offer a no deposit bonus at sign-up. If you win from a no-deposit reward later, such as a lootbox prize, the Terms require you to deposit and wager that deposit in full before withdrawing.
Giveaways from streamers or social media have their own wagering: 1x at minimum odds of 1.50. Metaspins can also raise that requirement for games paying 99% RTP or more.

The clause that worries me most is 14.7.2. It excludes slots with “pre-determined or high level of occurrence features”, a phrase broad enough to cover half the games in the lobby, and it lets Metaspins void winnings from them “at our discretion”. The only list players see is an in-game notice.
With a 2.1 Trustpilot score and repeated complaints about confiscated balances, I wouldn’t play a bonus under a rule that vague.
The Risk Free Bet avoids that problem. It’s a real-money bet that wins or loses at the sportsbook. At odds close to 10.0, it’s worth most of its $25, as long as the refund comes back as cash.
